Charles Wade, 22, 9-year-old Demitrius Wall’neal, and 6-year-old Londynn Wall’neal were killed in a car during what a detective called “a targeted assassination.” Police launched a search for suspects Wednesday after the fatal shooting Tuesday night at an apartment complex on the southeast side of Columbus, Ohio. Two armed suspects approached the vehicle the three victims were in and fired into the car “without any apparent warning or provocation,” said police....

Police arrested Richard McGuire, 42, after he was allegedly caught camping out by Disney World security. McGuire told police he was “unaware” that his visit to the abandoned island was trespassing, while describing the island as a “tropical paradise.” He was charged with one misdemeanor count of trespassing and banned from Disney properties. McGuire is from Mobile, Alabama, according an arrest affidavit obtained by Newsweek. He told authorities that he had gained access to the island on Monday or Tuesday and planned to camp there for about a week....

State troopers were patroling on the I-80 Toll Road near the 147mm, just north of Angola, on the afternoon on December 12 when they spotted a motorist who required assistance by the side of the road. Steve Tilbury, 26, of Leesburg, was arrested on November 23 at 8:45 a.m. He has been charged with battery and murder over the death of Charles G. Cummings, 50, who died of his injuries at the Halifax Health Medical Center. Tilbury is currently at Volusia County Jail. The attack took place at the Ritchey Autos car dealership on North Nova Road. Thomas Crook, 25, collided with a silver Mercedes Sprinter van as drove home from work along the A5 in England.
