Mali finished third a second consecutive time at the Africa Cup of Nations by defeating Ghana 3-1 Saturday at rain-drenched Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. Mahamadou Samassa and Seydou Keita gave Mali a two-goal advantage by early in the second half, Kwadwo Asamoah scored a soft late goal to set up a tense finish but substitute Sigamary Diarra put the result beyond doubt in stoppage time. It was the second successive tournament in which the Black Stars of Ghana defeated the Eagles of Mali in the mini-league first phase of the tournament only to lose out when they met a second time with the bronze medals at stake....

The Nuggets lost Game 7 of the Western Conference semi-finals against the Portland Trail Blazers 100-96 at home on Sunday. As you know I posted up the “Tweet” that Florent Malouda posted stating that he was banished to train with the U21′s for the remainder of his Chelsea contract. Since then it seems that Lyon are keen to offer Malouda a way out of the club as it’s obvious that he doesn’t fit into RDM’s plans for the season. There is divided opinion amongst Chelsea fans about the decision RDM has taken with Malouda and people have claimed that he is doing exactly what AVB did with Alex and Anelka last season....

Hong was caught at Bedok MRT station in September of 2019 after a passerby spotted him taking videos and took him to the station staff, who later called the police. Upon examining his phone, the police found similar videos taken over the course of months. Videos of 10 women at multiple locations, including Bedok, Serangoon Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations, and Suntec City, were recorded on his Sony Xperia mobile phone, reported a Singapore daily, the Straits Times....

Lionel Gore, 34, is now facing murder charges against his mother, Diane Gore. According to arrest records from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Gore has been arrested more than 25 times for domestic violence, theft, assault, among other charges. On Friday evening, police received a 911 call about a fire at Diane’s home in New Matamoras, Ohio. According to the affidavit, when authorities arrived, Diane’s sister approached them and said Gore ran out of the burning house “covered in blood” and told her to “get out of the way or I’ll kill you next....

Bhaydesh Paiya, 18, had been walking home with his family in the state of Gujarat’s Amreli district at the time of the attack, Indian news outlet Times Now reported. The incident took place on August 25 at Dick Hannah Volkswagen in Portland, Oregon. The manager of the dealership observed Denson, who is homeless, scattering trash on their property.
