Officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 2300 block of Tasker Street in the city’s Point Breeze neighborhood at around 11:10 p.m., a spokesperson for the Philadelphia Police Department told Newsweek. Espen Andersen Braathen, 37, was arrested Wednesday about 30 minutes after he began launching arrows in a supermarket.
