According to a press release issued by state police, officers saw the driver, 47-year-old Jose Mariano Garcia, in the early hours of the morning of February 5. They said they smelled marijuana coming from the car when they spoke with Garcia. A search resulted in officers discovering several items that may pose an issue for the driver. Marijuana laws vary from state to state, but in Kentucky, any type of possession will lead to some form of charge....

Delbert Pratt, 72, of Cosmopolis, Washington, reportedly went out on Friday morning to move his car to higher ground as floodwaters rose around his house. According to the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office, Pratt’s wife called in later to report that her husband had not come home from moving his car. At the time, authorities considered him missing. The following day, as floodwaters began to subside, Pratt and his vehicle were found, having evidently been swept away....

Fifty-one-year-old Ramanodge Unmathallegadoo entered a house in London, England on November 12, 2018 where Sana Muhammad, 35, was living with her new husband Imtiaz and five children, according to the Metropolitan Police. Unmathallegadoo initially hid in a shed at the end of the backyard armed with two loaded crossbows, a knife, duct tape, cable ties and a hammer. At around 7:30 a.m. Imtiaz Muhammad discovered Unmathallegadoo and chased him into the house, while urging his wife to run....

In footage shared by TMZ, a man resembling the 55-year-old veteran boxer was shown striking a man seated behind him in the face as they waited for their Florida-bound flight to take off from San Francisco International Airport on Thursday night. In the footage, the man who had been punched was seen showing that one side of his forehead had been left cut and bloodied. Brian Groner, 27, was charged with making a terroristic threat on Friday, The Jefferson City News Tribune reported. It came just over three months after he was first charged with the same crime because of statements he allegedly posted about the Columbine massacre. Court documents said Groner, of Jefferson City, Missouri, applied online to open an account with Merill, a Bank of America company, earlier this month, KRCG reported....
