Deputies from the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office had responded after receiving a call around 7 a.m. on Sunday about people who were passed out in a car stopped in the middle of the roadway at Dekker Road and Yakima Valley Highway, KEPR-TV reported. The Telegraph has identified the man as 50-year-old K. Bala Krishna, a father of three who went to a clinic in Tirumala after he started experiencing flu-like symptoms. Doctors told him that he had a viral fever and advised him to wear a mask as not to spread whatever he had to other people.
